Is AAP a government agency?
AAP is a non-stock, non-profit organization.

But because AAP`s advocacies (e.g. Road Safety, Clean Emissions, Alternative Fuels) and its very intimate relationship with the automobile and motoring in general, it has to work closely -- and thus often associate -- with some government agencies like the LTO, MMDA, DPWH, DOE, etc.


When was AAP established?
AAP (formerly Philippine Motor Association) was established in 1931. Among our founding directors was the late Carlos P. Romulo.
