2005 TOYOTA ROAD SAFETY CONFERENCE
Automobile Association Philippines (AAP), in association with the
Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP), and the
National Center for Transportation Studies (NCTS)
The Concept:
A FORUM FOR ROAD SAFETY IN THE PHILIPPINES
(initially focused on Metro Manila area)
Six (6) conferences formatted for paper presentations, workshops, and plenary discussions;
Tri-Media program of interviews on TV and radio, and articles on newspapers to maximize public reach participation.
Objectives:
* Provide information on road safety;
* Promote discussions on key road safety issues;
* Develop road safety action plans, and
* Propel active participation among stakeholders.

Conference Format
One day conferences facilitated in 3 parts
1st Part: Presentation of Papers
2nd Part: Plenary/Roundtable Discussions/Workshops
3rd Part: Presentation of Action Plans and Conclusions
- AAP will provide secretariat services, logistics, and monitor action plans;
- NCTS will handle conference paper teasers and conference facilitation.
